Important – Please Read Carefully for All Course Bookings
Every academy has its terms and conditions, and at Blue Pillar Academy, we kindly ask that you take the time to read through them carefully. We want you to feel fully informed, and if there’s anything that needs further clarification, please don’t hesitate to ask—we’re here to help.
At Blue Pillar Academy, we offer the flexibility to study in a way that fits your lifestyle, while ensuring you follow the guidelines set by our institution and academic partners. We encourage you to adhere to the policies in your Student Handbook, work closely with your assigned lecturer, and take ownership of your learning journey to make the most of your experience with us.
Online Courses
All enrolments are accepted with the understanding that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions before enrolling.
You have 7 days to change your mind after completing online enrolment. Withdrawal must be confirmed in writing, even if notified by phone.
After 7 days, the course is considered officially started, and fees become non-refundable due to administrative and registration costs.
Our website and prospectus are course guides; changes to course content or structure may occur. You will be notified if significant updates happen after enrolment.
Note: Once a module is started, the 7-day cooling-off period no longer applies due to full access being granted immediately.
Courses have limited spots. You may transfer to a later course if another student takes your place. A transfer fee applies: RM200 (local) or USD50 (international).
Fees
Payment in Full
Course fees must be paid in full before course start.
Students paying in full for a Professional Diploma, Degree, or Master will receive a RM500 discount on each subsequent program.
One-time payments offer cost savings for future educational pursuits.
Payment by Monthly Instalments
Fees can be paid monthly based on the program.
An admin fee applies. First payment is due upon enrolment.
Next payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Declined or missed payments will incur additional charges.
Payment obligations remain even if you withdraw, miss assignments, or fail to complete the course.
Payment by Semester Instalments
Available for Diploma (3 semesters), Degree (8 semesters), and Master (3 semesters).
Fees are divided equally per semester.
Payment is due before each semester starts.
Late payments may result in late fees or suspended access.
Full payment is required by semester end to continue enrollment.
For payment concerns, contact our financial support team promptly.
Payment by EPF Withdrawal
Students may use EPF savings for tuition.
Eligibility requires confirmed enrolment.
EPF application processing may take time—start early.
Partial payments by EPF must be supplemented by the student.
Students are responsible for full payment regardless of EPF approval.
Late EPF payments may result in limited access or fees.
Dual Certification Program
Additional fees for dual certification can be paid in full or by instalments.
Full amount must be paid by course completion.
These fees are non-refundable, even upon withdrawal or course non-completion.
Certification is only awarded upon full payment of RM3,500.
Payment by HRD Corp
Eligibility is based on HRD Corp criteria.
Application must be submitted before enrolment.
Course fees vary depending on program structure and format.
Upon approval, HRD Corp disburses payment directly to the Academy.
Any non-covered fees are student’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Students must follow course timelines and complete requirements.
Withdrawals after approval may lead to repayment obligations.
Compliance with all HRD Corp policies is mandatory.
Blue Pillar Academy will assist with application guidance.
All Short Course Students
If you do not complete your course in the allocated time, your enrollment will be withdrawn.
Course extension is available for RM300 per course after the original completion date.
Contact student support for extension requests and clarification.
Submission of Assignments
Assignments must be submitted by due dates.
If you’re unable to submit on time, contact student support immediately.
Late or missing submissions without communication may result in withdrawal status.
Withdrawn students are still liable for outstanding fees.
We’re here to support you—reach out early if you face challenges.
Convocation
The only additional fee is the UTM convocation fee.
Convocation is held at the UTM campus in Skudai, Johor.
Students are responsible for their travel and accommodation costs.
You’re encouraged to attend and celebrate your achievement with family.
Note:
Blue Pillar Academy is committed to delivering quality education while maintaining accessible tuition fees. Surplus funds are reinvested to improve facilities and student services—enhancing the learning experience for all.
